ZoZo-50 Lotion Permethrin 5% Lotion is a
prescription-strength topical medication used primarily to treat scabies infestations,
caused by Sarcoptes scabiei mites. It is a synthetic
pyrethroid that acts as a parasiticidal agent, killing the mites and their
eggs.
Benefits of ZoZo-50 Lotion
Ø Highly Effective Scabicide: It is considered one of the
most effective treatments for scabies, with high cure rates after one or two

the infestation, it helps relieve the intense itching associated with scabies.
Ø Minimal Systemic Absorption: When applied to the skin, very
little of the drug is absorbed into the bloodstream (<0.5% in the first 48
hours), making it relatively safe for the body.
Ø Easy Application: It is a topical treatment that
can be applied at home.
