Uses of MSR Permethrin Lotion: 

MSR Permethrin Lotion is indicated for the treatment of: 

Ø  Scabies: Infestation with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. The 5% concentration is typically used for this purpose.

Ø  Head Lice: Infestation with Pediculosis capitis (head lice). The 1% concentration is typically used for this purpose.

Ø  Pubic Lice (Crabs): Can also be used to treat pubic lice infestations, generally using the 5% concentration. 

Side Effects of MSR Permethrin Lotion:

Most side effects are mild and temporary.
